It was my first yoga class ever. Everyone was great and made me feel comfortable. The studio was serene and clean. It was a nice experience.

Loved Dawn's way of teaching. It was the kind of Yoga I need right now to rebuild my strength and flexibility. I will miss next week. I was able to do most of the poses somewhat.
