Well, it was my first yoga class and I really liked it. It's close by. I live in Pacifica and I know a lot of people and at my age that's a good thing to do yoga.
David is the best yoga instructor I've ever had. He challenges and encourages with great care. I feel seen in his class and I love his light-hearted nature.
