I was very impressed by the instructor of the first class I took (Pilates)and decided to sign-up for a new student monthly pass. Julie helped me to purchase the pass and she was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to continuing to attend the Pilates class as well as try the yoga classes that are offered.
The space is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. It's also great that there is free ample parking.
David is an amazing teacher.

I love the classes. I mostly take David's gentle hatha. And restorative. Tried Tracy's flow class it was great. I am always welcome to the studio with a smile, everyone knows my name, I feel the studio is clean friendly and has an overall nice vibe.
