The Massage Therapist listen to me and was very knowledgeable of different texts. He needs to use for my situation. Although it sometimes pressure was a little hard I did remind him to back off.
I love all the classes I've taken. They are very welcoming and non-judgmental. The studio itself is friendly, warm, and cozy as opposed to some of the larger more business like studios I've experienced. A great Yoga Home.
