A wonderful excepting beautiful community of like minded people! I have not taken classes from alot of different instuctors, from Ocean Yoga, but have enjoyed those I have taken classes from in the last two years right after Covid. I have been practicing yoga for 17 years now up and down the Peninsula, and this studio has been thus far my favorite!😊

It was a really nice , no pressure experience for me being my first time doing yoga. And I spent the rest of the day feeling more relaxed than I have ever been.
