Julz’s power class is my favorite; great instruction, motivation, speed and intensity. Everyone at the front desk is wonderful to work with.

My first time in Ocean Yoga to get a 60min massage. I thought I can use my gift certificate but didn't work out. Its definitely worth the $. I felt great after a good massage. I will definitely coming back and will recommend to family and friends. Lisa had a healing hand. You are awesome. Thank you.
