• 1. The booking experience was amazing. All of my questions were answered quickly by Amanda and Jackie. (Plus they were very nice and welcoming.) 2. That experience was reinforced at check in. Friendly, welcoming, nice people. 3. I was greeted by Sal's assistant. She took my jacket and offered me something to drink. 4. And my hair looked GORGEOUS. (Thank you, Sal.).

• Hiro is an expert in cutting medium coarse texture hair. I get compliments every time from colorists & blow out stylists who say they are obsessed with my cut. The salon is a bit tricky to find so plan extra time to find parking and driving thru LA
