• Usually I dread having to go into the salon. The ambiance at Nova Arts is so chill and relaxed. It was nice not having to deal with the typical "LA attitudes" that come with a high end salon. I felt totally comfortable, my stylist was very down to earth and incredibly talented. This place is a diamond in the rough.

• Everyone on staff who made contact with me, the guy that checked me in, the girl who gave me delicious coffee, the girl who washed my hair, the guy who handled my payment at the end, they were all incredibly warm and delightful! Marisa made me feel like a creative muse instead of just another girl getting a haircut. It was really such a wonderful experience.
