Aleksandria " Allie" is a fantastic instructor, and her class was exactly what I needed! She started right on time with a gentle, perfectly paced warm-up that prepared my body without burning me out. Her calming energy, teaching aesthetic, and sweet musical choices created a beautifully relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved that the choreography focused heavily on fluidity—it is my ultimate pole goal, and clearly one of Aleksandria's core strengths. I highly recommend her to anyone, she's really very lovely
