The instructor put me at ease right away and was about to carve out one on one time as well. She repeated and steps and worked the steps with me. She also checked in frequently to see how I was. She made the class fun and helpful while letting her personality shine through. She also checked in afterwards to give positive feedback and a small token of congrats for completing the class. The warm ups were awesome and the pace was great.
