All of the instructions are amazing Tanya is so encouraging and is able to give individual attention. Jenny is juat one bad bitch who encourages us to love ourselves and have confidence, Crystal is so amazing and really pushes everyone to be their best. I love coming here and getting to be me and relax in a super fun environment.

All of the instructors are super nice and very patient. The studio is clean. And the classes are so much fun. You don't even feel like you're exercising.... until you can't move the next day🤣
