NSPF is like home to me. Classes here have been a fun way for me to get out of the house and move. Love instructors here, knowledgeable and super sweet. I always miss it when I'm away and I'm excited to be back.

Rhe was my first ever dance class, I've always wanted to try pole, its so elegant, but its definitely not easy, I attended the intro class with Crystal and she was just so amazing! the warm up was great, excellent modifications, she was so encouraging and just so fun. I'm usually a shy person but she made the entire experience so welcoming and fun. the most outstanding experience of having Crystal was her asking permission and explaining what she was going to do before touching me, in a time when consent is brushed over, as a woman i appreciated this more than anything. I've never been one to enjoy working out but i cant wait to go back !! 10/10 would recommend. And she was right I am sore!
