Northloft has been a wonderful community. Each and every instructor has helped me to push past the boundaries in my mind to help me access my body in a way I thought long gone. I have never felt so supported and so understood in an exercise space before, and to have instructors that scale the difficulty with your personal progress and goals is truly a gift. The space is beautiful and clean, the fellow students are a wonderful group, and the special events and classes are always extremely exciting. Northloft has been an enormous boon to my physical and mental well-being. I am so grateful to have found it.
