The instructor had not only a vibrant and calming presence but a very skilled cueing method that gave me just enough awareness to feel successful in the poses. I love the cozy atmosphere of the studio. <3

It is a welcoming, and intimate studio in which the instructors are attentive to each student. They make an effort to get to know their students, and it's obvious it's because they genuinely care. Highly recommended if one is looking for positive vibes, and a warm atmosphere.
