I've always loved this gym since I first came when I was 18. Clean and friendly environment and so much more offered than just a basic gym.
No limits is my 2nd home. I love that it's a safe place to work onyourself. The gym fitfam and staff and owners are amazing. They allwant you to succeed! ❤️ I love my gym 💪🏻❤️

Everyone is welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is great. Tons of equipment and lots of space. The 24 hrs open is very handy and the childcare is alsoamazing. The building has everything you need.
I find this facility top rated and offers everything a person needs to aid in health and fitness. I especially like my one on one training sessions withMaria Maywood my personal trainer.
I am very impressed with my rehabilitation trainer (James). His training instructions are extremely helpful. James is professional, patient and thorough. The overall atmosphere at No Limits is very positive and welcoming. Thanks
