NLF is a very accessible, and friendly environment! I use the women’s floor and the yoga classes. The yoga instructors are always fantastic, welcoming and inclusive of all levels of practice and limitations/injuries.
Very friendly, I had no idea where I was going, a client showed methe way. Holly noticed I was new and introduced herself. Her class was great, a bit fast for me as I don't know the poses yet , butI'm sure that will come in time . 🙏🏻
I started going to No Limits last year based on my boyfriends recommendation and I absolutely love it. There are so many different options whether it be girls only, plenty of equipment, yoga, or the classes. I just attended my first bootcamp! It was a great workout! Thank you for the awesome customer service at NLF. I am always greeted at the desk and the staff are always humble. Driving across townto attend NLF isn't even a question! Thank you 🙂

Best gym in town, with a wide variety of equipment, worn out equipment gets replaced.
Great atmosphere and great staff, equipment was in great condition and easy to use. Has the best of all worlds in there.

Excellent service at the front counter, the young man was very friendly and helpful. The yoga class was excellent and facility was very clean and organized.
Because the team there is like family. They actually care about my health and my confidence. They took the time to encourage me and support me through myfirst trip back to a gym in a while. Maria actually took the time to follow up with me after to make sure I was feeling good and to encourage my next visit. This is why people should invest in themselves at this great local gym.
