I found the class organized, encouraging, and the instructions were clear. I appreciated the instructor offering modification to exercises that i was having some balance issues with.
I go to the gym early.. typically between 430-6. The fellow working is always very nice and helpful if needed. Love the yoga option and hoping to work my way to trying a bootcamp class. I would love to see a bit of a beginners bootcamp if thats at all possible
