From the moment you walk in you are greeted with respect and inclusiveness. The owners & staff go out of their way to be friendly, helpful and amazing. Given the COVID restrictions and changing climate I commend No Limits Fitness for hanging in there and still being great.
A few different reasons actually the first, I have pretty bad anxiety so it makes trying "new" places or more specifically gyms a really scary place but the staff and environment where very helpful and friendly making it easier to feel comfortable and motivated. The facility has everything you'll ever need, but even more impressive it has a ladies only floor. Normally when you use the ladies section your limited but not at NLF they got it all. I was a little nervous signing up for a year membership but after using the facility and meeting some of the staff. I'm very excited for my fitness journey and the next year with NLF 😊🦾

I work on the road. Work out in many gym in my travels and not many gyms offer the veriety of workout options and styles in one location. Gym is always clean and staff is friendly. Good hours.

The staff is informed and friendly. The owners and trainers are all helpful in assuring your form is correct. My personal favourite is it's a family run business and it has that warm welcoming feeling.
