Sooo many things to love about this place! The check-in process is never backed up, front desk employees are always above average, bathroom hasn’t smelled like sewer gas, for at least a year and the facility is Always clean. Our last few visits have been for parties and the ring for little kids is no longer an option for the climbing wall. The climbing wall is my little kid’s favorite thing and they are bummed every time they can’t get up. They love the pole to get down too so not being able to get up, eliminates 2 favorite things. Also no opportunity to do the bar over the mat area. This particular party had the most floor staff I have ever seen (at least 4 or 5) but I never saw them play or help the kids. They are usually so extra, offer tips, saying good job, etc. They just stood by the mini trap mats talking to each other. The climbing wall, mini trap area was Very chaotic. I’m surprised every time no kids are hurt trying to run up the wall and going back up the mini tramp. I wish a rope or something could be offered for smaller kids. The last few times mine have wanted to go to dirty, dark ol’ ninja warrior just for the climbing wall.

Kind, welcoming, flexible staff. Never felt pressured. Felt really at ease that I was leaving my boys in a safe, positive, fun environment. The boys loved it. And it was a great relief to be able to jump in so quickly. Thank you!
