The staff member who ran the party was so great with the kids and adults. He did a wonderful job. The girl at the desk was very kind and sweet to the kids, too. Both had excellent customer service skills. The gym seemed clean, too, and not too cold or warm (most gyms are one or the other - this one was comfortable).

I've attended several birthday parties over the years at Ninja Nation and the staff is always so impressive. They are engaging, friendly and really good with all the kids. Never on their phones and genuinely look happy to be there. It's impressive and stands out among the other venues in the area. Nice job!
