• The facilities were clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly, engaging and professional.

• Everything was great and we loved all of the staff. Our host, Dylan, was amazing with the kids. It was a very easy party to throw for a parent. Only complaint would be the other very large party and one of the game they had them playing. There were probably about 40 kids and the played a game where they all ran a once from one side to the other through the arena. Our party and others were in the middle and kids got knocked down. It was pretty chaotic. Probably not the best game unless it's for a private party. Other than that, we had a great time.

• Juan was an amazing host and really engaged our kids. It was clean and the set-up was great!

• We adored our birthday party at this weekend. Kaden was a stellar birthday host, he led games with enthusiasm and clarity. He was helpful setting up and getting pizzas for kids and cutting the cake. Only suggestion for improvement would be the check-in process when you arrive. The front desk staff could be more proactive at greeting people as they come into the door, letting them know they need wristband waiver, directing them where to go.
