  • friendly staff, not overly crowded, clean
  • Great staff that has been around for years. Easy to talk to and pleasant on the phone. Kids are still interested in ninja camp even years later. I would prefer healthier meal options than dominoes but Jimmy John's is decent
  • My son had a great time!
  • It would have been a perfect 10 if someone had walked my 7-year-old grandson around and kind of introduced the different structures and activities to him. Some he THOUGHT he knew from watching TV, but really had no clue. There were also a few pieces that he didn't realize were mobile, or thought did something besides what they did.. For example, there are ziplines that have rings attached to them, right next to (semi) static rings, a trapeze zipline that looked to a little kid, like some of the static cross bar type handles and a stop point at the end that really tosses an unaware kiddo pretty hard. I didn't recognize these little pitfalls either, and it did mess with his confidence. I know you have classes for the kids, but finding individual classes on your website is not easy and our family still isn't sure that they are even offered. We would have signed him up for at least one to try, especially if we had found one a "starter/walkthrough" or knew that he would be completely on his own walking in. My suggestion, (as a parent/grandparent, health care professional and someone with 30+ years of marketing experience) would be to set up either a low cost or, better yet, no-cost starter/beginner run-through of the course and the equipment. I understand that you're not worried about injuries, and the waiver has you covered legally, but the nicety of having a "coach" take 20 or 30 minutes to walk the kids through, alone or in small groups to introduce them and give them an idea of what to expect. I am sure it would more than pay the extra employees wages in bookings, me
  • My son had a great time
  • Great program! My son improved his skills! My only constructive feedback is to find an alternative meal to lunchables. They are full of sodium and not enough protein/calories for the kids. If you are going to offer those as the lunch option, tell the parents which day so we can pack a lunch or at least supplements (veggies, fruit, additional protein).
