Customer Reviews Back to Business Profile

  • It's a great facility with wonderful pricing. My concern is the lack of supervision on some of the more dangerous obstacles during open gym. There didn’t seem to be anyone guiding kids on proper use or even generally keeping an eye on safety. Party guides are great, but during open gym supervision feels very limited. During our visit, one of the four kids I was supervising fell off the bouldering area in the back, hit her head and neck, and lay there crying. Other children alerted me to her being hurt. While I attended to her and checked for injuries, no staff members were aware of the situation or came to check on her at any point. I understand that the facility isn’t responsible for kids injuring themselves, but it was concerning that a child could be injured in a corner of the gym without staff noticing—especially when I was supervising multiple children spread across different areas. Having additional staff present during open gym to keep an eye out for injuries and provide general supervision would make a big difference.
