• I'm visiting Savannah and was able to attend Lauren's free vinyasa 2 on Wednesday. It was so awesome! I'm a yoga teacher myself (500 hr) and since the class was free, I assumed a new teacher would be leading it, but Lauren was such a pro. She was able to balance both the online and in-studio classes and successfully led us through complex sequences, incorporating moves I've never done before. Loved the ankle work as part of Aries! Also, the cold eye clothes at the end were the very best. Thank you! Will be back to try out other teachers. 🙏

The commitment to ancient practices underlies the teachings which are then individualized to my needs.
