• I LOVE New Yoga Now! As someone who gets bored easily I so appreciate the different teachers and styles they bring to each class. I learn something new every time! And it is a full permission studio. There are no “have to’s” and we are encouraged to listen to the wisdom of our own bodies. I truly feel at home.
