• I had a wonderful experience 2 days in a row! First I came in for a facial, but as we talked she saw that I needed other things, and I even ended up with a foot massage! Today I came back and brought my husband. We each had a massage. He's still walking around saying "WOW" lol! My therapist tailored my massage specifically for my health needs. It was wonderful! • We were going to be in Scottsdale for a family vaca and I wanted to treat myself and my two daughters to massages and facials. Online reviews told me New Serenity Spa was the place to visit. The reviews were right! Our treatments were wonderful and we all walked out relaxed, with glowing skin! Products were suggested, but not pushed. I did purchase two of the products suggested for anti aging and I am very happy with them!

• I had THE BEST experience at New Serenity Spa. I called an hour or so ahead to see if they happened to have any availability that evening. I made an appointment online for 6PM. When I called to confirm, they apologized that the masseuse had a family emergency, but they were able to accommodate me for 7PM. Because of the mix-up, they gave me the massage for free! Not to mention, the massage was one of the best I've ever had. April was incredible! Customer service was very impressive. I would absolutely go back, or recommend to any friend.
