• Excellent service. Very friendly staff. I was looking for a good spa for a facial and after searching for a couple weeks I found new serenity. I could tell by the reviews it would be good. • What a great place! I did go to elements and massage envy prior and they we ok. You will get a different level of service here. The attention to detail makes all the difference. I highly recommend April she is phenomenal.

• Celebrating my mom's birthday at New Serenity Spa was such a great experience and relaxing experience. We spent the day getting a full body massage and a facial. The customer service and the environment made it even greater. Definitely recommend you coming to try this place out, you won't be disappointed!

• I went to New Serenity Spa for my first facial ever , brought my mother along for a treat who has never set foot in a spa. I have been to massage envy about 5 times for Swedish massages and never really enjoyed it. I took advantage of the summer facial coupon at New Serenity . Surprisingly! We both were so happy with the facial experience. Jackie was so welcoming and non-threatening, I felt comfortable asking for the steam to be a bit less. She truly let me relax, no conversation attempts that kept me from relaxing at Massage Envy. I've never seen my mom so happy with her skin. We will definitely return. The perfect relaxing experience and the scalp massage was a great addition.

• The lobby may be small, but that just gives them more room for massage tables. Everything about this place was fantastic from the scents, the front desk staff, the massage, and the support staff. It all came together to create a wonderful and relaxing experience. I'd highly recommend taking your special someone to get one of their couples massages and to think about splurging on the romantic couples packages.

• I had the 60 min serenity facial a few days ago. Was the best facial I've had. I love how smooth my skin feels and the texture. I'll be back and most likely be purchasing some of the product used as well.
