• We were going to be in Scottsdale for a family vaca and I wanted to treat myself and my two daughters to massages and facials. Online reviews told me New Serenity Spa was the place to visit. The reviews were right! Our treatments were wonderful and we all walked out relaxed, with glowing skin! Products were suggested, but not pushed. I did purchase two of the products suggested for anti aging and I am very happy with them!

• Great friendly atmosphere!! Best facial and massage I have had! I went to school for massage therapy so finding a good place is hard for me! This place is amazing! I have found a place I can trust to do a great job every time!

• I had THE BEST experience at New Serenity Spa. I called an hour or so ahead to see if they happened to have any availability that evening. I made an appointment online for 6PM. When I called to confirm, they apologized that the masseuse had a family emergency, but they were able to accommodate me for 7PM. Because of the mix-up, they gave me the massage for free! Not to mention, the massage was one of the best I've ever had. April was incredible! Customer service was very impressive. I would absolutely go back, or recommend to any friend.

• The hydra facial is the bomb. Skin feels like a million dollars. Make sure you do the 90 minute treatment its worth the extra 30 minutes
