In Minerva Ohio bored and unfazed With my split ends out here looking like a disgrace Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool freakin out about what my hairs gonna look like at school When a couple of guys with hair lookin real good Started struttin there good looks in my neighborhood My mom got one little look and then she shared “Go ask those nice boys who did their hair!?!” I begged and I pleaded with her “no mom that sounds lame!” But she said I had no choice and sent me on my way She gave me a kiss then said “we’ll get on with it” I put my Walkman on and said, 'I might as well kick it’ First guy: “Yo that hair is bad” Lucky for you Nevaeh can make that hair glad Is this what the people of Minerva be living like? Hmm this might be alright! I whistled for an Uber and when it came near The license plate said Nevaeh and it had dice in the mirror If anything I could say that this cab was rare But I thought 'Nah, forget it' - 'Yo, homes to great hair!!! I pulled up to the salon about six thirty eight And I yelled to the Uber' Yo homes smell ya later' I looked at the kingdom I was finally there To sit on my throne and to better my hair!!!!
