Booking the kayak was quick and easy, picking it up was quick, and essentially contactless. Just gave her my name, and she helped me carry the kayak down to the water and I was on my way! The thing that holds me back from going more often is having to load up my kayak, life jacket, and paddle. It's so nice to be able to just drive out there and immediately get on the water. I only wish I knew about the service sooner!
