The customer service was exceptional! My husband and I had paddle boards with our kids joining us on 2 boards only. It started to get windy and paddle boarding with kids wasn't fun. So the gal working just came up to us and offered kayaks instead. She wanted to make our experience a good one, and it was! We will definitely come back.
