Everything was great but there was a lot of external noise and talking in the hall near the end of my session so I lost my zen. Also the girls who rang me out really tried to help but they didn’t know how to use the system to do it properly. THey had to call the girl who called out sick to help. There were 3 of them all trying to make it work and that didn’t seem fair that they haven’t been trained for instances where someone calls out.

The location, amenities and staff were amazing compared to other spas. The staff was very welcoming and attentive.
