Just got Botox for first time and set up another appointment for my lips in a couple weeks.
They are under construction for re model. But it was no issue. Space was clean and good vibes.
Carolyn did my injections. Shes great! And Jagger in the front is so sweet. Another girl also helped me out & was super nice (I totally forgot her name).
I set up a membership & can't wait to go back for my lips & other services.

Just recently got The Perfect Derma Peel with Kari. Was nervous to get this as it was my first time. Kari did a wonderful job applying and educating on the peel, and after peeling for about 5 days I'm so happy with the results!

Carolyn at Naya Asthetics has been doing Dysport for me the past two times. Each time the results are awesome. She's super gentle, no bruising and most importantly the results and outcome are wonderful.

My second time here. The spa really tries to understand what your goals are and really hear you. What I love is they also recommend things that you just aren't aware of and you don't feel like they're selling something to you. They truly want you to leave there look and feeling great.

I am absolutely elated with stellar results from my CoolPeel procedure with Kari! After just one treatment, I can already feel smoother and more evenly textured skin!

Is Kari a wizard with the laser? Yes! But hey, let's face it, I frequently receive great service, but I rarely take the time to write 5-star reviews. The reason I'm writing this review is not only because of the spectacular treatment I received from Kari, but also because I was thrilled with how Naya's owners went above and beyond to make up for accidentally selling me an expired cream. Erik not only delivered the new product to my house (in the rain) the next day, but also replaced it with a larger, more expensive size!

To me, the mark of a great business is not only how well they perform their service, but also how they deal with their mistakes. Carolyn and Erik really know what it takes to keep clientele happy! Because of their willingness to correct their mistake, I am absolutely hooked on Naya! They turned what could have been a bad experience into a wonderful one, and for that, I will be a loyal customer for years to come!

My mom and I started coming to Naya Aesthetics in March 2023 and let me tell you this Spa is WONDERFUL! The first thing I will point out is that it is extremely clean and the staff (Carolyn, Erik, and Susie - so far that I have met) are extremely friendly, professional and just so, so nice. Its always a pleasure seeing them and going in for treatments.
Since our first consultation in March and really every time we have gone for our treatments - Carolyn has taken her time explaining everything, has been really thorough and answered any questions my mom and I have had. She also explains any new treatments that may be beneficial for us, and will work with you to figure out the best treatments for you. We know exactly what we are getting for the price we are getting it and we never feel rushed or pressured to do anything. It's fantastic!
My mom and I could not pass up becoming members, since the membership amount goes towards your treatments, it was a no brainer to sign up and take advantage of the discounts offered in the member program ( Comes in 3 tiers, to suit any budget). This place just feels so comfortable and we could not be happier with all the treatments we have done - from Botox, Juvederm, to Laser treatments - our results have surpassed our expectations.
We love to support local businesses and in these times it so important to support your local communities - so if you are looking for a friendly, cute and peaceful environment I high suggest you give Naya Aesthetics a chance!

The membership program Naya Aesthetics offers holds me accountable to taking care of my skin in a way I can not do at home. I love that. As a 52 year old woman, I am aware of the importance of slowing down the aging process. Carolyn uses just enough caution while getting to know my skin and adjusts her treatments accordingly. I am loving my results and will continue at Naya!! The staff is friendly and totally not stuffy, which is something I have not liked at other places. It's easy to feel at home and not feel like you can't speak your mind. Thanks guys!!! My skins all yours!!
