• The massage itself was wonderful by Alexander. The other reasons are I made the reservations for four people originally on short notice, had to cancel, and then we decided three of us would still like to go. Even shorter notice. I had to call a few times, and Jen was always so responsive, it was so nice to have someone answer the phone live, and when I did have to leave a message, I received a call back promptly. The atmosphere was wonderful and customer service was amazing.
