Being that the owner is a registered nurse, we have taken serious measures to help control the spread of Covid-19 in our working environment. We have created different options to keep you safe and relaxed. We have opened a large spa room inside Fleur et Beaute Lash Bar in downtown napa. Our large day spa is closed until pandemic is over, this was out of an abundance of caution.

As long as the county allows, we view massage as an essential service. This means that the soul purpose of your visit is for an amazing massage experience. There is currently no separate relaxation area where you can sit in a robe and soak or remove your masks for tea unless you book a personal sauna session. Those options have been removed from the menu for now. Your therapists are the only staff you will interact with. We ask that you show up only 10 minutes before your appointment and fill out your intake form before you come in, it is sent in your confirmation email. Showing up late, eats in to your massage time. We ask that you put your mask on BEFORE you enter the building. This current spa set up is designed to take care of pain and make you feel relaxed on the table and as safe from covid-19 as possible, we can give you some tips on self care during and at check out and then you leave the building.

We are equipped with UV air filtration. We will be taking your temperature. Only one appointment at a time is available and there is a 30 minute cleaning interval in between each appointment. This is so that you are not crossing paths with anyone outside of your bubble. All staff wear the best n95 possible and are tested frequently. The restroom is sanitized after each guest. As are all surfaces that clients and staff touch.
Our massage room can be for one person or a couple. We are not condoning parties at this time. If you are in a group, extra guests can walk around downtown, there are stores, coffee shops and outdoor restaurants all around the building. We do not want more than 2 guests in the building at a time. Due to city of Napa regulations, spas in downtown Napa are considered dry spas meaning we do not offer showers but we do have a dry sauna.

We are also visiting clients at their vacation rentals & residences. We mostly work near doors for best airflow, so if you have a balcony or yard area, open doors that our massage table can be next to Etc we can travel to you.
It’s getting colder so we aren’t exactly working outside at this time. So if you chose home treatment it’s not confirmed until we reach out to you.

*Please keep pets and children away from the technicians equipment.

*Please shower before your appointment.

Please provide a sink for the technician to use before and after the services.
We bring all spa materials with us including sheets, lotions and table.

*Cash and credit card are all accepted at this time.
We are not processing spa week or spa wish gift cards at this time.

*Please let us know ahead of time if you have a gift card.

*Groups 3 or more are charged 72 hours before your reservation.
*We have a 24 hour cancelation policy for parties less than 2 which is held in full.

*20% gratuity added to all services
