• I am a beginner at Yoga and have booked a few weeks of individual instruction sessions with Genevieve to help get me started. She is an excellent instructor and has a very calm teaching style. I expected Yoga to be really difficult to do, but I was able to easily follow along with Genevieve's instructions, and experience positive benefits right away.
