Mara's intention is impressive. She pays attention to a student's pose, and works to improve the students pose. She is kind and she is a drill Sargent. She has made me focus on all my poses.

Because the class I attended was well managed. I was given options for movements for which I was not yet ready. All movements were clearly verbalized and demonstrated.

Excellent teacher, Great encouraging comments. Strong leader. Good energy. Nice face towels at end. It would be nice to have some cucumber water at the front when finishing. I wonder if you can even offer a juicing bar. Will see you Tuesday morning
