This was my first visit during our Lululemon team sweat. I loved the direction of the class, very clear, and beginner friendly. The stretch I didn't know I needed. I'll definitely try some other classes. Love the later class options, so I can come after work ❤️

Sometimes the classes are too crowded and the hall and locker room cubbies are small. Other than that great instructors and great classes at a reasonable price!
