Perfect class. Loved it. Great way to welcome in the new year. The only thing was the bowls were a little loud at the end. Also plan to take workshop that Ruth is teaching. Thought it sounds good.

Namaste is such a welcoming studio. I'v e not been to my mat in almost a year and Jolynn the owner remembered me and made me feel at home. The class was just what I needed to reboot for 2020! There are so many classes and workshops offered. It would be hard to not find something that fits your needs. Looking forward to the new year!

Always a wonderful yoga experience! Knowledgeable yoga instructors, challenging classes, well-maintained studio with yoga related decor along with seasonal decor, and nice friendly people in classes to practice with.
