The instructor created and maintained a creative, supportive, spiritually infused experience, along with fabulous music, playing her harmonium, being real, and yoga philosophy and postures that embraced restoration with gentle challenge. An all-around excellent yoga experience.

I appreciated the personal touch that Namaste demonstrated to me as a novice. It's obvious that this is so much more than just a business for the owner and more than a job for the instructors...it's a lifestyle/philosophy that they just want to share with others
