I love the studio, however the last time I was there it was not very hot. I did not even have to change my clothes after class. If I might add ... the chatter from other people after class is extremely distracting. I was Under the impression that time was for meditation and not to hear about lil Timmy's swim meet. But I love it there!!!

It was a very nice class. I've done lots of yoga but never hot yoga. I like guided meditation at the end. It was good. Love the smells of the room and towels. Lovely
