Excellent instructor!

The music was too loud for a yoga class. I also prefer music without words (of the song) playing during my class, as the words can be distracting. Otherwise, Astral was excellent and was an awesome teacher! She paced her postures out evenly and was able to add a few extra repeat postures within the time frame.
