Great mix of workouts. Plenty of classes and times to choose from. Friendly group for all levels.
The class was well taught and was stimulating. The instructor was very good and made the class interesting. I felt that we really got a terrific workout.

instructor was great at walking us through how to use the reformer as well as encouraging us to keep going while reassuring us that it was okay to pause if you needed it
