• Katie was great! Loved my pedicure. The front staff are very kind and professional. Waiting area/lounge is very relaxing.

• Starting with Lindsay/manager she was very accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure we were able to get in for my daughters 50th Birthday. I know when clients call last minute to get in for the same day it's very hard to fit them in. So many company out there don't understand how important it is to provide extraordinary customer service. Lindsey understands this, she is a dedicated and loyal team member with outstanding leadership skills, she is running this company with pride and as is though she owns it. Lindsey, Thank you for going the extra mile to ensure that this day was special for my daughter and I. Believe me it was very last minute and late in the day when I called. Not thinking we would be able to get in at all. Thank you again and we appreciate you for working with the staff to schedule us for the amazing services of facials and massages. Your entire staff was incredible. and very accommodating to our needs. As my daughter put it. It was a very nice day even though, we were in Fresno relaxing getting pampered in a beautiful day spa with facials & body massages 💕it felt like we were on vacation relaxing some where far away. And she loved the surprise gift she received at the end ❤️that was very thoughtful. We will definitely be back soon.
