• It would have been a 10 but I do feel the pedicure charge of $20 to remove and $20 for gel polish is outrageous but service was great

• I would've given a 10. But your receptionist asked my sister how she would like her prenatal massage and she's not pregnant. So it was very awkward and it was clear that she confused our reservation with somebody else's. But that's a pretty big thing to screw up and offend someone
