• The staff is knowledgeable and polite. They answered all my questions and allowed me to relax and enjoy the peace of the soaking tub and my treatment. Every time I book a visit they work diligently to ensure I have a great experience.

• We love the new, softer-colored light in the sauna! It would be really nice if the sauna door was insulated better or if there was a hook or something to help keep the door closed. There's been a gap for a while that lets cold air in. I also really wish you had a cold plunge!
