• We had a lovely time at our most recent visit! I do want to note, though, that on a previous visit, after which I was not sent a survey, I was not happy with our experience. We do soak & sauna and always come in the wash off as soon as we hear the bell. We did so, but after only a few minutes, there was a knock on the door, and the attendant asked if we were almost done. We were taking the normal amount of time we always do to get ready, so I'm sure they rang the bell late and were rushing us because the next people were waiting in the lobby. This was upsetting as we were made to feel that we'd done something wrong, though we had not. And there was no explanation or apology. That did not happen on our most recent visit, so we had a great time.
