• Massage practitioners are great. I have a membership set up which is helpful for doing ongoing maintenance. But I don't love not getting a breakdown of what is in my account and the what the charge and balance are. Front desk is welcoming when I come in but can be a little curt during check out.

• Regarding entry, there was a sincere welcome that was not plastic or fake but genuine. Dr Moyer was Attentive in listening sincerely trying to understand the issues. He was honest and open in the way he was trying to figure out the causes of symptoms and possible connections. He addressed things and we came up with a workable plan to move forward
