• Re section of program utilizing "bands", I felt it moved too fast for an "initial beginner class". Would have been more impactful if we first, instructor led - collectively as a group, focused on the specific name and technique and proper form. We rushed through the overview training and then it was assumed we were at an Intermediate level and left to practice. Everyone followed their classmates.
