• Between the chiropractic and the massage a migraine that was brewing in the office was able to be stopped. It did come on later that night but not as intense as they can be. I found myself pretty tired and worn out. That can be normal if you haven't had a massage in a while because it's releasing toxins from your fascia. I drank lots of water worked on homework went to bed and slept part of the next day. I woke up feeling much better though. Looking forward to seeing them both next week.
